Overall Broadcast Analytics

Once the broadcast is scheduled, you’ll be redirected to the broadcast overview page, where you can monitor the performance of other broadcasts.

Use the date filter to view data from the past. Additionally, you can filter broadcasts by their status: scheduled, failed, sent or sending.

Broadcast Report

To access the Broadcast Report, click on the broadcast to open the broadcast overview, then select “Export Report.” This will take you to the active exports, where you can download the file.

Broadcast Analytics

To view Broadcast Analytics, click on the desired broadcast listed on the dashboard. You’ll be able to see counts for how many customers have viewed, responded, reacted, clicked the shared URL, or unsubscribed. These statistics are crucial for developing new broadcast strategies.
