Role Management
AiInbox offers a structured system of user roles and permissions to manage access and operations within the platform. It includes two predefined roles
Super Admin
The highest level of access, providing complete control over the platform and its settings.
Admin
Offers a middle ground between Member and Owner roles, granting substantial permissions without full control.
These roles come with fixed, non-editable permissions to maintain a standard set of capabilities. However, AiInbox allows businesses to create custom roles for greater flexibility and adaptability.

This table details the access permissions for different AiInbox features according to user roles, which include Super Admin and Admin.
