Initiate chat with Customers in 3 ways
Initiate a Chat with a Saved Contact in AiInbox Conversations
Follow these steps to initiate a chat with a saved contact.
1- Navigate to “Conversations” from the dashboard.
2- Click on add to select the contact you want to start a conversation with. Once chosen, the chat window will open.
3- To initiate a chat with the contact, choose a pre-approved template, fill in the variables, and click “Send.”
Send a WhatsApp Template to an Unsaved Contact in AiInbox
To message an unsaved contact in AiInbox, you can create the contact first and then send a WhatsApp Template as the initial interaction.
