Tags are essential for categorizing and organizing contacts and conversations, enabling quick and efficient access to specific information. Authorized users or admins can create, edit, and assign tags, simplifying data management and improving workflow efficiency.
Steps to create a tag:
1- Navigate to the Tags section in Settings and click on +Add Tag.
2- Enter a descriptive and relevant name for the tag that reflects the type of contacts or conversations it will represent. For instance, if the tag is for customers interested in a specific plan, you might name it “Plan A Enthusiasts.”
