What are Contact Groups?
Contact groups are organized groups within your contact list, classified based on specific criteria like Contact Tags, Email, or other contact fields.
Creating contact groups allows you to personalize your communication and marketing strategies, ensuring each message aligns with the interests and needs of specific groups in your contact database.
How do you create a Contact Group?
Follow these steps to create a contact group:
- Go to the Contacts section from the left navigation menu in your AiInbox account.
- Click on group management.
- Click on new group.
- Define the criteria for your group using filters like Contact Tags, Email, Created Date, or other relevant details.
- Enter a name for your group and click “Create Group.”
Your contact group is now ready, allowing you to target specific groups for you.
