Create a Chatbot from Scratch

To create bot from scratch, click on the create bot button on the top right corner. It will open a pop-up asking for required fields to create a new bot. After filling all the required fields click on create and your bot will be created.

Edit or Update a Chatbot

Once your bot is created, you can easily edit details such as the Chatbot Name, the response wait time after the last question, the message to share with the customer after the wait time expires. Refer to the GIF below for a step-by-step guide.

The Logs section offers a comprehensive overview of various bot details, including the bot name, last published date, session completion statistics, and overall status. This summary helps users monitor the performance and status of their bots within AiInbox.
