Conversation tags are labels assigned to chats, helping you categorize and organize them by criteria, topics, or statuses. They simplify searching, tracking, and managing conversations, improving communication efficiency.
You can create a tag in advance or quickly create and assign one by typing and selecting the “Create Tag” option within seconds.
