User Management

Manage user access on AiInbox by setting access levels. Easily differentiate between active and inactive users, with the option to mark them accordingly.

Add Users

Follow these steps to create a user in AiInbox

  1. Navigate to Users in your settings.

  2. Click on ‘+Add user’.

  3. A new page will appear. Enter the user’s details, such as name, email, assign a role, and add them to the relevant channel.

  4. Click Save.
