Creating a single contact in the contact module
- When creating a new contact in the contacts module, there is a field for marketing opt-in.
- You can specify the consent your customer has provided in this field.
- If set to YES, you can send marketing templates to them.
- If set to NO, AiInbox will automatically detect it and prevent marketing messages from being sent to that customer.
- AiInbox will also display a warning if you attempt to send a marketing message to an opted-out customer.
Creating a contact upon receiving an incoming message
- When a new incoming message is received, AiInbox automatically creates a contact.
- During this process, the marketing opt-in is automatically set to YES.
