Creating a single contact in the contact module

  • When creating a new contact in the contacts module, there is a field for marketing opt-in.
  • You can specify the consent your customer has provided in this field.
  • If set to YES, you can send marketing templates to them.
  • If set to NO, AiInbox will automatically detect it and prevent marketing messages from being sent to that customer.
  • AiInbox will also display a warning if you attempt to send a marketing message to an opted-out customer.
