Wallet Credits work like a prepaid system for sending messages from your account. Similar to a prepaid phone plan, you need to top up your balance to continue sending messages. If your credits run out, messaging will be paused until you recharge.

Add or Manage Credits

Simply follow these steps: Select ‘Wallet Credits’ under Setting. Enter the desired amount, click ‘Add Credits,’ and complete the payment. It’s as easy as recharging your phone!

Once the transaction is complete, you’ll receive a notification, along with a payment confirmation sent to your email.

Note:

• If your account balance is low or negative, you will lose access to features such as replying to conversations, broadcasting, and more until you recharge your account.

• You will receive notifications in your account and via email when your balance is low.

• If your broadcast is scheduled but your credits are insufficient, it will fail to send and display a failed status.
