Getting to Know the “Ask List Option” Card

This Card offers a selection of up to 10 options, simplifying user interaction and ensuring a consistent, straightforward experience with your business.

How to use it:

The Ask List Message Node consists of 5 fields: Header Type, Question Text, Footer, Button Name, Options Type, Attempt, Validation Error Message, and Variables.

Header Type

You can include a message such as “Welcome to our Help Centre” or “Frequently asked questions about our products and services.”

Question Text

This is where you can ask your customers a question or provide a description, such as “This is a self-service FAQ database for our services. Select from the list to assist yourself.” The options are limitless.

You can format the above text as Bold, Italic, or Strikethrough using the available options. Bold text will be surrounded by asterisks (*), Italic text with underscores (_), and Strikethrough with tildes (~), as demonstrated below.

This is where you can include extra details such as the company’s name or tagline. In this example, we’ve used the fictional company name “ANC Banking Company.”

This feature allows you to send a curated selection of options(products) to your users in a structured or grouped format using AiInbox.

Validation Settings

Attempt:

In this field, specify how many times you want to repeat the same question to your customers if you receive a different response.

Validation Error Message

This message is sent to customers when they respond unexpectedly to your question.

For example, if a customer does not select one of the provided options, you can send a prompt like: “Please choose from the above options” or “Select from the listed options.”
