Additionally, a graph visualizes bot-handled conversations categorized by Completed, Dropped, Ongoing, and Errored session statuses.
Bot Analytics
This feature provides an overview of key metrics and data related to bot sessions and user interactions with the chatbot.
- Completed Sessions – Displays the number of bot sessions successfully completed.
- Dropped Sessions – Counts bot sessions that were terminated or abandoned, with a record of 5 such sessions.
- Ongoing Sessions – Tracks sessions that are currently active and in progress.
- Errored Sessions – Shows the number of sessions that encountered errors or failed to complete.
These insights help monitor chatbot performance and user engagement effectively.
Last broadcast analytics
This section offers a summary of key metrics and data related to last broadcast.
- Recipients - The person or group who will receive the message.
- Sent - This status confirms that the message has been successfully sent to the recipient.
- Delivered - This status indicates that the message has been successfully delivered to the recipient’s device.
- Read - This status signifies that the recipient has read the message.
- Failed - This status indicates that the message delivery or sending process encountered an error or failure.
